Art Therapy
-
Art Therapy is always about the process of creating and what that means to the participant, not about the end result, therefore there is never an expectation that anyone creates something beautiful or professional.
-
Each week a topic on 'resiliency' is introduced and participants are given various mediums to create something. The session ends with a group discussion about the topic and what they may have processed.
-
Small Group sessions led by two art therapist trainees through Adler University Program

Open Studio
