~ POSTCARDS FROM THE MIDDLE ~
Think about this theme – as we have moved from ‘what was’ and in the middle of ‘what is coming’…the middle place. What if you were to give or receive a postcard from this place – what would it look like?
Think of other words like the ‘Betwixt and Between’ and ‘Liminal Space’
“A liminal space is the time between the ‘what was’ and the ‘next.’ It is a place of transition, a season of waiting, and not knowing. Liminal space is where all transformation takes place, if we learn to wait and let it form us.”
The Details:

Postcard size 5 inch by 7 inch (Max. 4 per artist)

Use any material that we can hang in our windows

Any Medium – watercolor, acrylic, oil, drawing, mixed media, etc.

Artwork should be something that reminds you of the middle space, liminal space, (perhaps filled with anticipation, hope or excitement)
